Welcome to KCDC LLC

Thank you for choosing KCDC LLC for your content creation needs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

KCDC LLC specializes in creating high-quality short video content exclusively for brands. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Brand Storytelling Videos
  • Product Showcase Videos
  • Social Media Videos (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Promotional Videos
  • Behind-the-Scenes Content
  • Customer Testimonial Videos

2. Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payment: 50% of the total fee is required upfront before work commences.
  • End of Month Payment: The remaining 50% is due at the end of the month.
  • We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
  • Invoices will be provided for all transactions.

3. Revisions and Refunds

  • Initial Review: Upon receiving your content, please review it thoroughly. If you are not satisfied, you may request revisions within 7 days of delivery.
  • Revision Requests: We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the content meets your expectations. Revision requests must be specific and within the scope of the original brief.
  • Refund Eligibility: If, after the revisions, you are still not satisfied with the content, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the final revision delivery. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Content Ownership

Once the final payment is made, you will have full ownership and rights to the content created by KCDC LLC. We reserve the right to use any content for portfolio purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

5. Confidentiality

KCDC LLC respects your privacy and confidentiality. All information provided by you for the purpose of content creation will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Briefs and Feedback: Clients must provide detailed briefs and timely feedback to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Materials: Clients must supply all necessary materials, such as logos, brand guidelines, and any other relevant information needed for the project.

7. Termination of Services

KCDC LLC reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Any payments made prior to termination are non-refundable.

8. Liability

KCDC LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid for the services.

9. Changes to Terms

KCDC LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please review these terms periodically for any updates.
